• All tags (inside the garment and the hang tags) MUST be attached to the garment and it must be in original / unworn condition. PLEASE try on all your clothing BEFORE removing any tags. We cannot return or exchange any items that do not have all tags attached and in original condition. Any items sent back to INDI with tags removed will not be refunded or exchanged.
• Any Footwear purchased online from INDI Boutique must be returned in a non-damaged, non-defaced original footwear box (ie - you cannot tape the outside of the box and/or affix a return label to it). Any footwear sent back as such will not qualify for any return or exchange, as we cannot restock or resell it.
• You have 30 days from your purchase date to return or exchange items that meet the above conditions. Any items sent back to INDIBoutique past 30 days of purchase and up to 60 days from purchase date will be issued in the form of a store credit.
