Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope that you are enjoying your new items and getting tons of compliments on them! If upon receiving your item(s) you find you need to make a return or exchange, please read carefully below for full details:

• All tags (inside the garment and the hang tags) MUST be attached to the garment and it must be in original / unworn condition. PLEASE try on all your clothing BEFORE removing any tags. We cannot return or exchange any items that do not have all tags attached and in original condition. Any items sent back to INDI with tags removed will not be refunded or exchanged.
• Any Footwear purchased online from INDI Boutique must be returned in a non-damaged, non-defaced original footwear box (ie - you cannot tape the outside of the box and/or affix a return label to it). Any footwear sent back as such will not qualify for any return or exchange, as we cannot restock or resell it.
• You have 30 days from your purchase date to return or exchange items that meet the above conditions. Any items sent back to INDIBoutique past 30 days of purchase and up to 60 days from purchase date will be issued in the form of a store credit. We cannot accept any items for return, exchange, or credit past 60 days so PLEASE make sure to check your invoice date prior to sending items.

Your online order will include a return / exchange form with the packaging. When sending any items back for return / exchange, please make sure to include ALL of the following information on your return / exchange form for the quickest processing:

• Name
• Invoice Date
• Invoice Number
• Items being sent back (style, color, size)
• If this is a return or an exchange
• If it is an exchange, what you would like to exchange for (style, color, size)

Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.  You are welcome to choose any carrier of your choice.  We always recommend using some form of tracking to ensure your package reaches us safely.
